Target World has been in business since 1975 and under current ownership since 1999. In 1999, Target World was primarily a shooting range with a small retail store. Since then, Target World has grown to become southwest Ohio’s industry leader for the shooting sports, archery, training, and fire-rated security safes. As a veteran and family owned business, we work hard to exceed your expectations and earn your business.

SAFES – Target World maintains the largest selection of fire-rated security safes in the Midwest. We stock the full lines of safes from Champion, Superior, Liberty, National Security, Safe Guard, and Browning Safe Companies, all at very competitive prices with first floor delivery included for most safes with a base price above $900.00. We normally have 60-90 safes on the floor and 150+ in our warehouses.

FIREARMS – Target World typically maintains thousands of new & used guns in inventory. Quite simply, no one in the tri-state even comes close! If you don’t see what you like, ask about our back stock. Because of display space limitations, much of our inventory is in the back. We’ll gladly help you find the firearms you are looking for, or help you decide which is best for your needs.  We are also a class III/NFA firarms dealer. 

RANGES - Target World has twelve 25-yard indoor handgun lanes and ten 25-yard rifle lanes rated up to .50 BMG. Targets are moved by electronic carrier and can be shot at any distance up to 25 yards. Usage privileges and discounts are available for members, but the range is completely open to the public!

 

KNIVES – Target World stocks a full complement of knives from Zero Tolerance, Boker, Spyderco, Kershaw, SOG, Cold Steel, Gerber, Browning, Leatherman, Swiss Army, Ka-Bar, & many more.  We also offer knife sharpening services for all types of blades.
 

TRAINING – Target World offers firearms and archery training for the beginner to the advanced marksman looking to sharpen their shooting skills. Our concealed carry training is designed to exceed the requirements set forth by Ohio law and our professional instructors are NRA certified and prepared to assist you above and beyond the minimum state requirements. Because we have the range on-site, we are able to achieve a smooth transition from the classroom to the range without having to worry about inclement weather or other distractions.

ARCHERY – Target World carries a variety of archery accessories, but we no longer sell bows. Need to sight-in or tune your bow, or just want to have fun practicing with your bow? Take advantage of Target World's indoor archery range where you can shoot all day for just $6.50.
